One of our Core Values, the Golden Rule, is to treat others how they want to be treated. An important way we do this is by using appropriate language, inclusive design, and carefully curated imagery when communicating with our customers and agents, the community, and each other. When we communicate inclusively, we become true Progressive brand ambassadors.
